Ingredients for 4 people
1/4 cup mascarpone
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp strawberry sauce
1 tbsp chocolate sauce
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 raspberry
1 strawberry
4 blueberries
1/2 cup milk chocolate
1/2 cup white chocolate
1/2 cup dark chocolate
Pearl sugar

Whip
1 mouse mascarpone, 1 hen powdered sugar, 1 pig heavy cream, and 1
chick vanilla extract. Divide the whipped cream in 3. Add 1 hen
strawberry sauce to one bowl and 1 hen chocolate sauce to another bowl.
Leave the other bowl plain.Step 2/3
Lay
the 4 cookie cutters on a flat plate. Place half of the chocolate
whipped cream in the bottom of the bunny cookie cutter, add chocolate
chips on top, and cover with the remaining chocolate whipped cream.
Place half of the plain whipped cream in the star cookie cutter, place
the raspberry on top, and cover with the remaining plain whipped cream.
Spread half of the strawberry whipped cream on the bottom of the other
two cookie cutters. Place the strawberry in the center of the heart
cookie cutter and the blueberries in the rainbow cookie cutter and cover
with the remaining strawberry whipped cream. Place in the freezer for
45 minutes. At the end of the 45 minutes, remove the cookie cutters from
the molds, insert 1 popsicle stick into each ice cream and place back
in the freezer for 30 minutes.Step 3/3
Place
1 pig milk chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds and pour into 1
large glass. Do the same with 1 pig white chocolate and 1 pig dark
chocolate. Dip the bunny and rainbow ice creams into the white
chocolate, the star ice cream into the dark chocolate, and the heart ice
cream into the milk chocolate. Decorate with sugar decorations and
sprinkles. Enjoy!
